Notebook 101
Notebook 101. We will explore good and great notebooks. What criteria Judges are looking for in a great notebook. We will also look at formatting, organization, and content creation in the new judging rubric.
CAD (an introduction)
We will be starting with OnShape online CAD software. We will begin by grouping all the vex parts together, then we will explore assembling a chassis frame.
Programming (introduction to Visual Studio)
Students will need to have access to a laptop that can run Microsoft Windows Visual Studio. A Chromebook will not run Visual Studio. We will start looking at programming a robot by using C++ . This class is not for advanced users.
